Thank you for purchasing tickets to Beastie Boys Story As Told By Michael Diamond and Adam Horovitz, directed by Spike Jonze. We want you to have the best experience possible. Please pay special attention to the information below.  We look forward to welcoming you!

ARRIVAL
The show time is 8:00 PM.  There is no opener. Doors to the venue will open at 6:30 PM.

Please make necessary arrangements to arrive at the venue with enough time to retrieve will-call tickets (if necessary), pass through venue security, and get to your seat before 8:00 PM. 

Late arrivals will be seated at the discretion of venue House Manager.

PHONES/OTHER DEVICES
This is a PHONE-FREE event. No photos, video or audio recording devices allowed. We think you'll enjoy looking up from your gadgets for a little while to really experience the event IN PERSON. Upon arrival at the venue, all phones and other photo or video-capturing gizmos will be secured in a Yondr pouch that will be unlocked at the end of the event. You keep your pouch-secured phone on you during the event and, if needed, can unlock your phone at any time in a designated Yondr Phone Zone located in the lobby or concourse.  For more information visit www.overyondr.com/faq

TICKETS
WILL CALL TICKETS: The Tower Theater box office is located at 19 South 69th Street, directly in front of the Theater, and will open at 12:00 NOON on Friday, April 5 for will-call ticket pickup.  When picking up tickets, fans will need to provide a valid photo ID that matches the name on the ticket order.

MOBILE TICKETS: Fans with mobile tickets will have the barcode scanned from their phones to enter the venue.  Once inside the venue, fans will be directed to the Yondr area to receive a phone pouch and a special card indicating row and seat number of their ticket(s) to use when locating seats. 

NOTICE OF FILMING
This upcoming performance will be recorded and filmed.  Please enjoy the show and we look forward to sharing further information about the project!

GETTING TO THE SHOW
The Tower Theater is located at S 69th St & Ludlow St in Upper Darby. Taking SEPTA to the 69th Street Transportation Center is a great option. There’s also on street parking, as well as several paid parking lots in the area, although the Tower does not own or operate any parking lots.
