Our Box Office is open on day of show at 4:00pm to sell tickets if any are still available. The box office is located at 19 South 69th Street, directly in front of the club. We accept Visa, Mastercard, and Cash.

Will-Call is located at the box office, directly in front of the club. Customer needs to bring purchasing credit card /confirmation number and photo ID to pick up tickets.
Can I bring a camera, video camera or record audio?
Personal cameras are allowed in the venue (unless otherwise specified by the artist). Flash photography, video and removable lens cameras are not permitted without venue approval.
Is your venue all ages? Do you have a bar?
Most shows are All Ages, unless otherwise specified on our calendar.
The theater has 2 full service bars located in the lobbies of the 1st and 2nd floors. We also have specialty drink kiosks scattered about the venue and cocktail waitresses working the aisles during most shows. You MUST be 21 and have photo ID to purchase alcohol.
In order to enter the venue for an event that is 18 or 21 , you must present valid state issued ID.
May I bring my children?
Children of all ages are welcome (with an admission ticket) at family oriented concerts and performances. Appropriate adult supervision may be required.
Non-family oriented concerts and performances may not be suitable for young children, and venue management reserves the right to refuse admission for any reason, including concerns about safety.
Children of any age may NOT attend a "18 " or "21 " concert or performance.
Is TOWER THEATER a general admission venue now?
Tower Theater has the ability to host both general admission and reserved seating events. Check out the Event Map associated with an individual event to see if seats are reserved or if general admission is available. General admission at Tower Theater is based on a first come, first served basis for both the standing room only pit and seats.
Is TOWER THEATER Handicap Accessible?
The Tower Theater offers wheelchair accessible seating for all performances. Tower Theater's orchestra level is handicap accessible; however, the loge and balcony areas are not. Should you require assistance with regard to accessible seating, please contact the box office for arrangements.
Concession stand sells popcorn, soda and snacks.
Limited metered parking is available near the venue. Additionally, there is a parking garage located at Chestnut Street & South 69th Street as well as a municipal parking lot located at Garrett Road and Long Drive-both will be open.
Do children under a certain age require a ticket?
All patrons must have a ticket regardless of age.
There is an ATM located in the lobby inside the venue.
Can I bring my laser pointers/glow sticks/selfie stick into the show?
No, laser pointers, glow sticks and selfie sticks are not allowed in the venue.
The Tower Theater is a non-smoking venue. Smoking of cigarettes and/or electronic cigarettes is prohibited inside.
