FAQ

Where is the Box Office?
+

Our Box Office is open on the day of shows and events at 12:00 p.m. (noon) to sell tickets (if any are still available) and will remain open until the headliner takes the stage. When there's a new show going on sale to the general public, our box office will open for four hours beginning at the earliest time a new Tower show is going on sale that day (for example, if a public on sale is scheduled for 10 a.m. on a Friday, we will be open that day from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.).
The box office is located at 19 South 69th Street, directly in front of the club. You can also buy tickets for the Tower Theater at the Fillmore at 29 East Allen Street, Philadelphia, or the TLA at 334 South Street, Philadelphia. There is a $2 box office fee per tickets for for tickets under $20.00 and a $5.00 fee per ticket for tickets over $20.00. There are no box office fees on the first day a show goes on sale to the general public.

Tickets obtained from unauthorized sources may be invalid, refunded, lost, stolen or counterfeit, and if so are void.

Where can I park?
+

Although the Tower Theater does not own or operate any parking lots, we have some friendly suggestions to offer for the next time you visit the venue!

Limited metered parking is available near the venue. What does the section on my ticket determine?
+

Tower Theater can host both general admission and reserved seating events. There are various seating setups and each event is different. If you have questions on the location of your seat, please go to the Ticketmaster Event Page associated with the show you are attending. You will find a seating map that outlines each section. Please note that 'GA' or 'General Admission' indicates that your area is not reserved and is based on a first-come, first-served basis for both. If you have further questions about your seats, please reach out to our box office at 610-352-2887.

Do you have a VIP program/premium seats?

If you are looking to take your concert experience to the next level, we will have a variety of VIP options for you. Our VIP program provides many in-venue concert benefits and ticket purchasing options.
